Are you ready to celebrate the holidays?

Got all your shopping done?

Are you a planner or one of those last-minute grab and go type of shoppers?

If you’re like me and fall somewhere in the middle better hit the stores soon. Thank goodness for Amazon!

My shopping is almost complete. Only a couple more to find and a couple more I’m waiting on to be delivered.

But if you’re still looking for a great gift, remember books give all year-long!

I hope however you celebrate this time of year, your holiday is filled with joy and wonder.

So, I’m not going to flood your inbox with posts you probably have little time to read. You’ll still hear from me, from time to time. Because I’m going to give myself a few days off around Christmas. But don’t you worry, I’ll be back with lots of energy and more stuff after the hustle and bustle of the holidays wind down.

I’d love to know…

More shopping to do? Or all finished?

Do you have any special plans for the holidays?

  1. One thing worth mentioning on the book gift front. Most authors offer the download Kindle version for 99 cents when purchasing a paperback. That way readers can buy a paperback gift and get the same book in Kindle for themselves at a low price.

  2. Shopping done but still need to wrap. My husband has two on his list (the only presents he has to pick out besides mine). I think he got one of those earlier today but still has his brother’s to get. Getting food today. I found shopping especially hard for my 6 year old grandson. Supposedly he only likes sports, no toys. Already has the various equipment like soccer ball, football, and basketball, and he only wanted a basketball jersey by his favorite star. Ordered that but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back, so hoping I get it before Christmas. I did get him some other things dealing with the star. My other grandson never wants anything, so he’s hard to buy for too. He’s older, 19, so I give him a gift card so he can get whatever he wants once he figures it out.
